By working with a lender early, we will know the maximum price you can pay for your new home. (While a simple Pre-Qualification will give us ageneral idea how much borrowing capacity you may have, the Pre-Approval is the process of actually submitting the documentation to the lender and obtaining a mortgage loan approval based upon verifiable information).
